despite the fact that we can't define the word woman anymore. So she's the first black

on the Supreme Court, which wouldn't make her the first black me on the Supreme Court

find woman, then the historic nature of the selection becomes a little bit more dicey.

But Katanji Brown Jackson is in fact the first black women who joined the Supreme Court.

And the media are just beside themselves with joy over it.

Now, at no point have they asked whether she will actually be a good justice.

At no point have they really asked whether her judicial philosophy merits her being on the highest court in the land.
