Okay, so all all three of them are going to come on over? Both of them are on their way.

Yeah. Yeah, with the Costco size thing of ribs, it's going to be a lot for all three of us to eat.

So you're you kind of a barbecue expert.

I make one thing which is braised pork basically. So I'll do pork shoulder or I'll do pork ribs with

like carrots and onions and stuff.

Cool it always comes out.

Well you only have to do one thing.

Yeah, yeah I I got one recipe for both of those dishes. I cook them exactly the same way.

Cool. Well, today on the show we have a quick reminder about our class that will be teaching in New York City on July 14th and 15th.

And we also will be talking about an article from US News that goes over different preparation methods and believe it or not some preparation methods will decrease your score.

So you definitely want to know about those.

Do we have anything else that's exciting in the emails that you can remember?

Oh, the normal, just, no, I don't know, we got a big backlog of emails to crank

through, so we should just go ahead and dive into those.

I do want to talk about the weekend class.

I forgot to mention that on Friday night, we're going to have a little social hour and people are welcome to come hang out with us and just say hi even if you're not going to be able to sign up for the class.
