My guest today is Patricia Alchell. She has a new book out called Eat, Drink, and Remarry. And many of you already know her from the show Southern Charm on Bravo.

Patricia is one of the most intriguing figures on Southern Charm,

a woman whose life before reality television was already layered with academia,

high society, the art world, and philanthropy.

Long before Bravo audiences knew her for her quick wit and unmistakable presence, Patricia had built a life

rooted in scholarship and culture. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and raised in Richmond,

Virginia, and went on to attend George Washington University, where she earned both her bachelor's and

master's degrees in art history and archaeology, graduating magna cum laude.

She even taught art history there in the 60s and the 70s.
