0:44.9	I know I haven't done an introduction in a long time. So I'll just take a second just to do one.
0:50.1	So hi, I'm Krista. And I'm a master certified life coach as the intro of the podcast probably
0:57.5	already told you I'm a widow and I'm a mom and I run a group coaching program called Mom Goes
1:03.4	on and I've been doing this work since 2018.
1:07.7	I became a coach in 2017.
1:09.9	My husband Hugo died in 2016 and he died rather unexpectedly. We were on a trip. We were actually coming back from a trip and we had both driven separately and he was trying to help me change a tire on my car on the side of the interstate. And so he had pulled his car up to mine and he was
1:28.3	trying to get access to the spare tire in the trunk. And I was standing on the side of the road and
1:33.4	texting my daughter to let her know that we would be late. She was 12 at the time. And a driver who we
1:39.9	later found out had both meth and alcohol in his system, did not see Hugo's hazard lights,
1:45.6	and just crashed into the back of his Durango, and trapped him in between his car and mine,
1:51.6	and within less than 24 hours, he was gone. And so I went from feeling like I was on a total
1:59.7	high in my life, where my marriage was going really well. This was my second
2:03.4	marriage. My first marriage had ended not so great. And so he was kind of my redemption story.
2:09.4	He was proof to me that you really could find someone who was amazing and loving and wonderful.
2:16.0	And really all of my dreams for the future included him.
2:19.8	So, ugh, right?
2:21.5	That's how I came to this work.
