What's up, Chelle? We glad to be back. Yeah, I am. You keep saying it's regularly back to our regularly scheduled programming. We stayed on schedule.

Yeah, we did, but it was just it's a lot different recording out on the road with a lav mic on. Well, it's regularly scheduled coming out, but not recording.

Hey, well, I just want to tell you guys, man, all you guys listen to this. I just want to tell you thank you for putting in the effort to go and leave us a review on the iTunes app.

The show our show is now consistently in the top 200 in fitness on the iTunes app. Yeah, I know that's not good enough, but you guys are the only ones that can bump it up in the rankings.

How can you do that? Well, one, leave us a review on iTunes. If you get anything out of the show, even if it's just entertainment value, we would appreciate that.

Two, share the episode, man. If you get anything out of the episodes here, three or seven podcasts, share it with somebody, share it on social media or share it with one of your buddies or something. I'm shooting my text.

That helps us out tremendously, man. It helps us get the word out. This podcast only, it's for you guys that are listening. We love doing it. It's one of my favorite parts about three or seven project.

We need to be reminded to look toward Jesus because he's everlasting. Unlike the things of the world, that will fade in crumble. I know I need the grace every day, every minute of my life. Christ has to offer.
