Okay, so do you want to give a little introduction

as to you, who you are, what you specialize in?

Yes, I'm an archaeologist, at least I have a BA in archaeology that I obtain at

University of PISA in Italy and then I moved here in Iceland for the VMI master

program that is Viking and Medieval North's program.

And I graduated just last September, October.

So I'm a postgraduate at University of Iceland. I'm not a PhD student yet. Let's see. Let's see what happens.

But yeah, and my master thesis through like in this program at University of Iceland was focusing mostly on all

North religions and archaeology because I wanted to combine the two disciplines obviously because I

come from an archaeological background and I basically decided to deal with idols, then we can analyze a bit better like why I also decide to use the term idle because I I anticipate already it can be a rather loaded term

So it depends if you're a scholar for example more into Christian kind of studies. I got some scholars and like,

are you sure you want to, you know, to use the term idol is loaded and whatever so I will go more into that.

But yeah and we are going to discuss today basically the content of my thesis because it was a rather structure thesis in which I

analyze different kinds of Nordic, different types of Nordic idols in Nordic paganism.

So the historical periods I was looking to goes from

what or less, 400 AD until 1,100, 1,100.
