This was ugly, but it was a win, and wins are pretty.

Yes, they are.

All right, Lance, what's your reaction to the Bears coming up big and winning 16 to 14 out in the desert?

I like low scoring games, especially when the defense plays well.

Still sloppy.

You know, it's early. I think the best thing I can take from this is the Bears haven't played their best game and they've got a W.

You know, if you can collect Ws without playing your mark, your landmark game, then you

have a lot of positive stuff to build on. You know, it's a lot tougher for me to to improve

when you're losing game after game after game.

So I think the positive thing is they can play this lap and still come out with a W.

The phrase for me is that winning cures everything, but it can mask some things.

It can hide some things.

So yes, it was an ugly game and when you get the W at the end, it's like, yeah, we won.

Like, we played good enough to win.

But at the same time, if you're overlooking a lot of the mistakes that were made,

especially I'm just speaking offensive-mindedly, we can't continue on this same track.

We got to get, you know, I know we had over 20 carries with Jordan, and,

but two yards, two and a half yards of carry is not going to cut it when we're playing

really good teams, a really good defenses as well. So is there anything that you're seeing

from the, the offense that makes you uncomfortable? Yeah, the penetration has been given of it.
