So please let yourself be settled in a way that you can sit for the next 25 minutes or so.

Let your body be stable, sitting upright enough if you're seated, sitting upright enough

When you're ready, let your eyes close gently, and begin to tune in, take two or three long

deep breaths in and out as a way to center and release what's present, and you tension

Let the eyes and face be soft, loosen the jaw, if you like you can roll your head in a circle
