What I see out of, you know, Italian lifestyle is that eating at a table together isn't

actually about eating. It's actually about being together. And it's just not as important

what exactly the kids are eating. It's we're here at the table together and it's just not as important what exactly the kids are eating.

It's we're here at the table together and it's a moment to connect.

It's a moment to talk to each other.

And that's what it is.

It's being together.

And whether you're out with friends or other families or just on your own, like that

really is reflected on an Italian table,

whether it's at a restaurant or somebody's house,

is you're there to be together.

You're not really like looking at what everyone else is eating

and like paying attention to how much of what they've eaten

or whatever else.

It's just you're just there.

You're there to be together.

And that aspect of eating is, or let's say, being around a table in Italy is really the thing.

That's the important thing.
