My day has been very low key, but I will tell you, I am getting deep into the season of This Is Us

and I was watching it right before

I came on

and it's very emotional

so I might have been crying and my eyes

definitely look a little red, but it just got me so off guard.

And I'm not going to get any spoilers, but it was like, it was just like everything was going gray and then, bam!

My jaw dropped, my hands went out.

So, yeah, I recommend watching that show if you like feeling things.

It definitely hits you in the feels.

But that's why I look a little distraught.

At least that's what I'm blaming it on.
