So at this point, we are very much in the stillness and heart of the retreat, having been

here for a number of days, things start to quiet down.

And while they look quiet, anyway, on the outside, what's also true is they deepen, sometimes

there comes deep stillness or opening, but also sometimes comes the layers of grief or

conflict or rage or energy and all kinds of stuff arises within this container of presence

One night I want to speak in a way that's kind of broad about practice, and hopefully

it will also feed or nurture the deepening of your meditation process as you continue

And the question I'd like to address is where does this go?
