Podcast, why I break down the headlines and tell you what's really moving these markets.

Today's podcast may be a little shorter than usual. I'm at a charity poker event in New York

City today to raise money for low-income students who want to go to college. It's called

their Reach program and I'm playing Texas Hollem.

They had this whole polka night thing with, you know, and just auctioning off stuff to raise money with Whitney

Tilson, Bill Ackman, David Einhorn, as well as plenty of professional poker players.

So it's a really cool event for the great cause and plus maybe I could sneak some ideas out of

Einhorn and Tilson and hang out with those guys.

So it's really good because you know the fee to

register for the tournament isn't too much considering you know the people you get

to talk to especially in my business you know you pay so much for conferences as it is, but to sit down with these guys

and just talk about stocks and talk about everything and just learn from them is really cool because these guys

been in business 20, 30 years, some of them, some of the managers are going to be there and they all manage billions of dollars.

So it's really going to be a great event and also educational for me as well.

Anyway, want to start out with something very serious here, and it's the Penn State scandal. A huge Penn State

fan, dad took me to a lot of games when I was a kid, big fan of Joe Paternal growing up.
