nurse John and welcome back for another week of your favorite therapy podcast I beg your

pardon what's up bestie I miss you miss you miss you so much I am finally back here in Montreal

Quebec from my vacation well it's not actually vacation because it's like work vacation, because I went to

Bali and Indonesia. If you have been following me in social media, you know I was in Bally Indonesia

for almost a month. And then South Korea for five days,

but mostly I was in Bal Indonesia for my trova trip

where I hosted two different groups of 25 people

and 95% of them are nurses where different nurses from all around the world joined me and came to this trip to come

spend some time with me on a vacation in Bally Indonesia to experience the culture, people, and the food.

And we had so much fun. I had 52 guests and I am so, so, so happy.

It was my first ever time ever hosting this kind of group trips and I cannot

complain I am so happy I am so blessed I am so thankful that this 52 people trusted me not only with their time and energy just to spend some time with me and I get to know them in a more deeper level because we have therapy.

I promised them we're going to have therapy so we had this day where we just sat down in the beach in the white sands at night and we all just opened up. I opened them up and they feel so much better everyone cried which is good

It's not a sign of weakness crying. It's not a sign of weakness and it is okay to cry and we all open up I got to know them into a more deeper level and I could say that this people now are not just strangers they are now friends that I call and I am so happy and if you are one of them who was part of the trip I just want want to say thank you, thank you,

thank you so much for trusting me and coming to this trip and believing in me and

I am so happy that you enjoy and I hope you did enjoy because I did love and find it amazing that I get to know you and now you are a friend to me.

So if you guys are ever wanting to join this kind of trips with me, well there will be new trips coming up next year and I will

make sure that you guys are updated with that. Anyways going back. After that

trip I learned so much about my life I was able to reboot relax heal and kind of

reevaluate my life because Valley taught me a lot of things mostly it's that

happiness doesn't come from material things. It comes from your relationship between you and God,
