For one thing, it's St Andrew's Day. Andrew is the patron saint of Russia,

Sicily, Romania, Ukraine, Barbados, me and the great nation of Scotland.

Therefore, today in honor of that wonderful country, we will be doing Scottish news.

But then, my guest is Tim Sandifer.

He is the vice president forigation at the Goldwater Institute,

formerly of the Pacific Legal Foundation. He's an adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute.

He's a writer, an author, a brilliant man all around and a brilliant legal mind.

It would make a lot of sense to talk to him about law, wouldn't it?

Wouldn't you think that would make sense?

That I should ask him about the differences between originalism and living constitutionalism and my theory

that Ruth Bader Ginsburg's corpse has been doing weekend at Bernies for two years?

Wouldn't that make sense?

It would, but I'm not going to talk to him about that.

I'm going to talk to him about Star Trek.
