national gym chain. January was definitely the busiest month of the year, but by

March we were always back to normal. When we think about getting sober,

I think a lot of us decide that we need to do a total life makeover,

like it's a New Year's resolution.

And that's not a bad thing,

because quitting drinking and creating a program of recovery will absolutely

force you to make over your life.

That's something that we may need to consider when giving up a toxic addictive poison that

we are emotionally and sometimes physically

dependent on is that addiction is serious. Yes, this is going to make us feel

better, but it's not a quick three-day juice cleanse. This is not one of those times when you

imagine your ideal life on December 31st and on January 1st you make a hundred

changes at the same time to try to achieve some imaginary perfectly healthy lifestyle.

We're finding a disease that globally kills over 3 million people a year.
