So you have to get the world's tiniest violin out for the world's most feeble president. The president of the United States had been hoping that he would be able to follow the Bernie Sanders path toward glory. And it was always politically bewildering. He didn't have the support for this. There are 50 votes in the Senate from the right. There are 50 votes in the Senate that are Democratic. And there are at least two of those votes that are not really of the hard left. Because Kirsten Cinema from Arizona is in a very purple state. She barely won her last race. And Joe Manchin is from a state that is redder than red, a state that Donald Trump won by a 40-point margin. And so the notion that Joe Biden was going to be able to, with that sort of majority, like 50 plus Kamala Harris is the tiebreaker, rammed through a Bernie Sanders agenda, was completely delusional. And it is absolutely bewildering as to why Joe Biden ever thought that this was going to happen.

This is the part that's totally crazy to me.
