Hello, you big wallies. It's me, Louzandez, and this is Cuddle Club. I've been dancing on ice.

Well, I've been doing something on ice. I don't think you can describe it as dancing. I'm

practicing for the show, Dancing on Ice. And I got my lovely lovely trainer and he said the finesse and elegance

is a problem and everyone thinks I'm going to be really good because I'm roller skating but it's a

totally different body posture and basically I've got the elegance of a war hog he didn't say it but he said

it with his eyes oh we're gearing up towards um unforgivable series four Girl, and I took a horse out into the regions,

and it's called The Honesty Horse.

So I was in the regions with The Honesty Horse, we did a little jingle.

I just got loads of people around different cities to tell me the worst things I've ever done.

And some people are so nice.

Lovely to see some men that have got better morals than I imagined for them.

Bless them.

Yeah, really getting over my burning of sentiment towards men and I actually think there's some lovely chaps out there.

So well done everyone. Oh, talking of nice guys this guy is fantastic I love him I've read his books I've

listened to his podcast I'm a big fan of his work and he's so interesting and he's so nice

and this is a very very interesting podcast he's a psychologist don't you know and he's an author

and he's a podcaster, and his

name is Richard Wiseman. And I've mentioned him before in my work, because he has influenced

my life with a book called The Luck Factor. Anyway, here he is now. Hi. Hello. Hello. How

you? I start with a hello. Yeah, very good. I was just saying that your book, The Luck Factor,

you've written loads of books.
