That's perfect as always.

I've been stuck inside though.

I caught like some stomach flu kind of a thing,

so I've been basically horizontal for the past 36 hours. I'm feeling a little bit better.

I've slept for literally like 18 or 20 hours out of the last 36 hours so I'm feeling a little bit better. So when you get sick do you cancel

class? I have never once canceled a class due to sickness. Dude I was going to say the same thing.

I've never canceled, even if I feel like I'm going to throw up.

And I mean, I wouldn't want other people to get sick,

so if I felt like it was a contagious sort of thing,

then I would cancel it.

But I've never felt that way.

Because sometimes it's just gotta happen, you know?

Like there's not enough time to like reschedule and all that stuff.

A solo entrepreneur man without like really a whole hell of a lot of backup.

I, yeah, I just, I don't have the squad to support.

I, the show must go on. The business has to keep happening.

You know, even when I was having all my back problems and I was like laid out

while I was waiting for back surgery.

During that time, I brought my yoga mat to class and there were a couple of classes that I taught literally

laying on the ground in front of the class.
