And there are 200,000 troops all over the world and all these different countries. And he says

that normally in our foreign policy debate, we get a phony debate.

You know, should we drop bombs or should we just starve them to death?

So it's the kind of point that I've made.

And he says, but what's rarely discussed are the results of past U.S. interventions.

So has the U.S. government achieved the results that we were promised?

And we generally don't get these kinds of questions answered. But he says,
