0:22.9	they are promulgating a rule being an administrative agency that forces every company with over
0:27.7	100 employees to force their employees to either vaccinate or test or be fired.

0:36.7	It is coming from the Biden administration. I'm going to go through all the details in one moment and just be fired. This is the mandate. It is coming from the Biden administration.

0:40.5	And just be aware, this is the emergency temporary standard.
0:43.3	They are already preparing a permanent standard that will extend to every company, not
0:48.7	companies with over 100 employees, every company.

0:53.1	They're preparing a standard that could apply not only to every company, but could force
0:58.0	fully vaccinated people to be masked, could get rid of any exceptions for prior immunity.
1:02.9	There are no exceptions for prior immunity in this OSHA rule as it stands.
1:06.6	If you already had COVID, you had it three weeks ago.
1:08.7	If you're not vaccinated, you still have to Vax, test every week or be fired under this particular mandate from OSHA.
1:15.4	If made permanent, they would consider getting rid of testing as an alternative to vaccination, so you wouldn't even be able to test out of it.
1:21.6	Or maybe making tests daily or by daily and making sure that you use higher standards of masks.
1:30.7	And maybe even at your workplace, you'd have to have social distancing.
