Summary

On this episode, Jo’s arrested once again, but the stakes have never been higher. He and his posse make their way to Springfield, IL to determine whether or not a newly issued writ of Habeas Corpus should be honored at the federal level, or if Jo as accessory to murder in Missouri was a state issue to be handled at the Missouri level. Yes, we spend a lot of time mired in court documents, but it’s well worth the read/listen. After that, we do our treasure dig fundraiser for Brother Jake. There’s still time left to donate so don’t miss your chance to be written into a treasure dig! Just forward the receipt of your donation to [email protected].
