Last summer, I broke my humorous.

I was stupidly trying to outride one of my super athletic colleagues mountain biking

when I fell off my bike in a sort of Superman position off the front of my bike,

landed on my right side with my shoulder fully flex forward, and then couldn't move my shoulder.

I had a three-part fracture, a surgical neck fracture, and a fracture that took the greater

tuberosity right off the humoral head.

At the time, I thought, okay, it takes about eight weeks for the fracture to heal, and then a few

weeks of physio, and I'll be back to mountain biking.

Well, I'm now seven months out

and I just finished physio. I was doing 30 minutes of exercises every day for seven months.
