We have such an exciting guest today.

The beautiful Jesse DeLoe and I don't know if you guys heard her on the first episode

that we did together way back in the day.

This was like two years ago with her co-founder of How You Glow, Tara Solati.

I was living in my old apartment, I had Jesse and Tara on together and we mostly talked

about How You Glow, which is the beautiful wellness brand that they have built together

and it's like basically a beautiful digital magazine sort of blog, but they talk all about

the Hi-Vib wellness stuff that we're all into, but I knew it was time to have Jesse on

the podcast herself to talk all about what she's been up to lately.

She's really flourished in a whole lot of different directions and the last time she

was on, she's now a manifestation coach of sorts where she takes on clients and does

these beautiful manifestations sessions on the beach by her home and I've had the pleasure

of doing a few with her that have completely changed my life and been really, really transformative

and I can't even tell you how much space Jesse holds for the people that she does this

with.

She's able to visualize and hold space for you and lead you through this beautiful practice

of meditation and art therapy and she infuses all of the different knowledge and background

that she has from yoga, art therapy, super therapeutic and of course manifestation.

So I knew we had to have her on to chat about all this stuff, something that I've been thinking

about so much since Jesse was here is that Jesse has absolutely got to be one of my biggest

expanders right now and always.
