0:35.7	Parnell pulled up beside him and abducted him.
0:40.0	After weeks with no sightings of the young boy, many people assume that Stephen had been

0:46.0	After all, that's usually what happens after a kid is kidnapped.
0:51.6	But this story is far from typical. You see after Kenneth abducted Stephen,
0:57.1	he told him that his parents didn't want him anymore and that he would be his new father.
1:03.0	And from that moment on, Stephen Stainer's new name was Dennis Parnell.
1:08.0	For nearly a decade, Stephen lived with his captor,
1:12.0	moving around to different cities in California so people wouldn't suspect them.
1:17.0	In the entire time Stephen was being sexually abused by the man that was supposed to be his new dad.

1:31.1	But then in 1980, Kenneth Parnell decided to abduct another little boy named Timmy White.
