And this is Ashley.

Yeah, and we're on a series, kind of do some apologetics. We're kind of reacting to

clips from prominent atheists and talking about him a little bit. So last time we did Alex O'Connor,

who is probably my favorite overall atheist, right? And to be fair to him, he actually classifies himself more as

an agnostic rather than an atheist, which I like. I think that's more intellectually honest.

But today, we're covering somebody who is clearly an atheist. This is Sam Harris. Now, before we

jump into some of Sam Harris's clips, I will say that Sam Harris is also one of my favorite atheists to listen to.

And that's despite me, I disagree with probably 80% of his takes.

You know, I disagree with the overwhelming majority of what he says.

But what I appreciate about him is that he does really try to think

things through. Right. And so even though he's coming at it from a very different perspective

than I do for the most part, I do appreciate a lot of his takes. And he's somebody that I've

listened to over the years for a long time because I've appreciated. He's

probably one of the most articulate people that I can think of. Like, he might be the most

articulate person on the planet, just incredibly clear speaking and obviously very well educated

and thoughtful.

So I like a lot about, I like a lot about him.
