1:15.0	In fact, kind of surprising a little bit is that yesterday, South Carolina voted, the Senate, voted against opening up redistricting, which would have given at least one more Republican seat.
1:31.1	Five Republican senators went along with Democrats to, again, these are state senators, went along with
1:39.6	Democrats to kill the bill.
1:42.5	And they said that it was, they already had ballots that went out to mail-in ballots and
1:49.7	ballots that went out to the military overseas and what have you.
1:54.5	So they thought that would mess it up.
