Yeah, there you go. So last week, just diving right in, man, the Fed raised interest rates by half a percentage point.

In an effort to slow down the economy and try to tackle inflation and the like that inflation they caused, of course.

But how should we think about this move and what do you see as its effect overall on the economy and particularly the housing market?

Yeah, I think it's a tail tail sound, you know, but although they are increasing interest rates and we don't like to see increasing interest rates as consumers, right.

But they did instead of doing a 75 basis point interest rate hike, they did a 50 basis point interest rate hike.

And we're already seeing lingo that they're going to have to reverse course, probably the second half of next year.

So we may see another interest rate hike, you know, first quarter of this year, maybe even second quarter of this year.

And it's going to get to the point because it's a bit of a lack.

So some of the decisions that they made this summer, they're starting to see now, right.
