Brendan, thanks for being with me and let me just start off by asking why is this the

focus of like your first feature-length film? I mean who says I want to direct a film

and it's it's gonna be about Dix. You know I did not think I would be

working on this subject. I didn't even think I'd be doing documentary. My focus

before this was sort of escapist stuff, horror film, sci-fi, things like that.

But then, like a lot of my interview subjects, I had the obsessive epiphany.

The moment where you realize that there's more of this issue than meets the

eye and you start researching everything that you can on it.

And so I was essentially, all the interview subjects I have in the film now, I was reading their stuff,
