but we all know that the inner work is where wellness really does start.

So as much as I tout about philosophical shit on this podcast, I also know there's a

flip side to my work. I'm aware that people look to me for skincare, beauty, wellness, makeup,

hair, skin, nails, all of this shit. So we'll do a deep review today in what

wellness truly is and beauty as well. But knowing that true inner beauty is really the hot

ticket to attracting all the bees, as they say the sweeter the honey
