No, but seriously, Friday is a great day, and it's not a great day because the weekend is almost here, which is what most of you guys are thinking.

You're ready to chill, ready to crack open a beer, and you're ready to do your damn thing.

And I get it. But my favorite thing about Friday is reflection. Now, I do take the

weekends off. I believe in creating space. And Saturdays are meant for my fiance and soon they will

be meant for my baby. And that's what I do. I don't work, right? Sundays, I'm not going to lie. I do some work, but that's okay. I love what I do.

The point of this is every single Friday, I make a point to sit down and journal my reflections

of the week. What is the biggest lesson I took away? What is the biggest revelation I had this week?

What was the biggest victory? Because a lot of times, I know I do it and I know a lot of you do it you go through life

without celebrating your wins whether they're big or small you just keep moving forward and you
