Okay, welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the We're Having a Good Time podcast.

My name is Dusty Sl sleigh and i am your host uh what a hot podcast um yeah i mean we're having a good time i got shows coming up let's just go ahead and say

those i'll be in hartford connecticut uh at the funny bone next weekend

i'll be there on the third and the fourth of october uh and then you know and then i got just

a few shows here and there i mean because of um you know i'm doing these theaters and my columbus ohio

show got canceled and, well, not canceled

necessarily, the venue closed down. My October is looking a little light show-wise, which I don't

really mind, to be honest with you. I do love that I have the club date in Hartford because that should be four shows.

So it'll be, get a lot of reps in there.

I like that.

And I am next year I'm doing more club dates.

I like the theaters, but I am missing the reps.

I mean, in a way I'm like, I go do comedy on Friday and Saturday, and then I come home

and I go, the shows are where I practice. I mean, that's how I practice comedy. And I'm like,

I feel like I need to be working it at all times. I need to be in some high pressure situations.

I do think that's why people move to New York City in L.A. is because, you know, they're around, you know, supposedly the best comics in the world all the time, right?

So you're really working it and you're being challenged all the time.

And I wonder sometimes if I am not in enough of those situations.

I like what I'm doing comedy-wise.

I like the shows that I'm doing.

But sometimes I wonder, do I need more?

Do I need more challenging situations.
