Today we're talking about agorism.

Many of you folks already know what this is, but some of you newbies will not know.

And that's why we've got this episode.

But we're talking about this set of ideas and in particular about Sam Conkin, the man who, well, really came up with these ideas.

He was the one who presented them as a system and who's associated with them.

And it turns out that years after his death, we are finally seeing the release of at least a portion

of what he intended to be, in effect, his magnum opus, the book Counter-Economics, from the

back alleys to the stars. And I thought that was an opportune moment to talk about this subject

and this man. And we're talking about it with Victor

Komen, who is a three-time Prometheus Award-winning science fiction author, as well as a longtime

libertarian publisher who knew Sam Kanken very well and is himself an exponent of his ideas. So,
