Hi everybody and welcome back to the show. I also want to welcome all of my new listeners. I know many of you came over from the model health show Sean. I love being a guest on his show and

he's going to be on this show very soon. We're working on scheduling that and a lot of

you from The Bliss Project and Lori Harder's Tribe are here as well. So welcome, welcome,

I want to start out by saying you may hear sounds of little boys in the background.

I am in Austin visiting my family, staying with my sister and she has three boys, eight four and

one and a half and it's impossible to have a completely quiet house.

So if you hear that in the background, just enjoy the sounds of my nephews.

They bring me so much joy and so much laughter.

They keep me silly, which is definitely good for me. And speaking of silly, what is completely

silly if you are a coach or a personal trainer or a facilitator or a therapist or

anyone who's working with people or with groups

and you really want to get out there and build your platform and actually be profitable

doing what you love is not getting help doing it, not getting support doing it. That's completely

silly and ridiculous to think you have to figure it all out on your own. And as I've shared on the show, I feel incredibly called to help other coaches, light workers, therapists,

trainers, people that are helping people be both masterful and profitable.
