But it's not actually espresso. So you know how like espresso needs to get up to a certain temperature and pressure in order to extract the flavor from it. That's what makes espresso espresso. Those machines can't get to that pressure. They just can't. They're not capable of it. So what they do instead, and a lot of people don't know this, because they don't market this, they don't tell this. You know how like, like, see that foam on the top of espresso? That's that jizz. So it's called crema is what like on traditional espresso is called crema, and it's a byproduct of the espresso process. it's not actually like really supposed to be there, but people have grown to like it because it's like foamy and creamy. Nespresson machines can't, it doesn't happen because they're actually just making coffee. They're just making strong coffee because it's just heating water. So what is you killing me here? So what they do is they take the coffee and you can hear it. Once you know what's happening, you can hear it in the machine.
