What's up guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy Monday. Hope everyone had a fucking fantastic weekend. Hope you got your tits out. Hope you shook your ass a little bit. Hope you had a relaxing sleep. Hope you ate some delicious food.

I'm manifesting all the good things for you. I was in Chicago. I hope at this point I've had a biblical experience with Taylor Swift and a biblical experience with my Chicago followers who came out so hard. I'm so so so excited to recap that and I'm obviously pre recording this so I can't wait. I actually can't wait for Taylor Swift. I feel I do feel that I deserve this. I think it's very meaningful that it's on the last day of my book tour and it's just like a celebration and I do feel like I am probably

going to be a change person like watch me on Wednesday talk about how she changed me because she always does she always does Miss Taylor. Um so okay, bottle rock. I want to just recap it really quickly because it was so fun and then I'm going to get into some may favorites, although it is a little bit of a light month because I don't really know what I did this month. I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Um just you know kind of heads down. Um so not consuming that much stuff, but that's okay. That is okay.

So also before I begin, I need to ask you guys for advice. Has anyone taken their cats on a plane before I am taking the kittens on a plane to come with me out east this summer.

And I am resolute in my decision because I don't want to be away from them for a whole month, but I'm really scared because when I tell you that I cry when I take my cats to the vet, like for a checkup, because I don't like when they're upset.

And my mom would be like, you're making them you're doing that thing. I don't know what's called personifying or something when you give anthropomorphizing. I don't know. But like when when me when me so cries when he's in the car, he hates it.

And I'm like freaking out about the plane. Obviously they're going to, you know, be comfortable and we're going to get them the sleepy like Gabapentin. That's what other people have suggested and our vet suggested, but like I'm freaking out. I'm freaking out. Tell me it's going to be okay.

I know we'll be okay. I know it's worth it to have them with me, but I really, really want your advice. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Okay.

Bottle Rock is a festival in Napa for those of you don't know. I've been four times, I think. And the reason that I like it is it's more of like a food and wine festival with music playing in the background.

Like the people playing or not the people. Okay, this is how I always put it to people. The people who are playing are never people who you would probably go see in concert. Like you probably wouldn't pay to go see them if they were in your town.

But if your friend was like, Hey, I have an extra ticket. You'd be super stoked. Does that make sense. But you wouldn't like lead the charge.

And so we went this year. I went with Chloe.

I rolled into the festival a little tired just because I was coming off a book book week. So it was, you know, I was a little bit. I didn't have my usual fighting spirit with a festival, but it was still so much fun.

We went with realm sellers. My friends Kim and Eden and

a realm is the best if you guys want a wine recommendation. You're always wondering what I'm drinking and I am drinking realm most of the time.

And it's just great because it's very chill. Like no one cares about the fashion. No one is pushing. It's just very relaxed. It's probably, you know, a fifth of the size of Coachella, like it's tiny. You can walk around the whole thing in like 20 minutes.

And it's just very, very, very chill. The food is unbelievable. Bay Area people love food. They care so much about food wine. And I love that about them. And it's just like it's the best. They have a William Sonoma tent and stage there.

And I'm friends with those girls. They're amazing chef Bell English is absolutely phenomenal. And she designed like the whole menu for the William Sonoma tent. So we got to go there and eat her food, which is some of my favorite cooking. And she even made a tank tuna to start.

And she thought of for me with my hot sauce dressing, which was phenomenal. Phenomenal and she's just really cool. So it's just it's kind of like a festival where all the right things matter, aka the food, the wine and the people.

And obviously the music too, but people aren't like dicks about it. And it's a kind of a lot of like old like older acts like her, you know, from like the 90s, that kind of stuff like Cheryl Crow was there.

And they were like, really, really silly peppers were there.

But also like Lizzo. So there are big people, but it's just a big mix of things. And that's another fun thing about bottle rock is that you can go from listening to like red hot chili peppers to like kai go was last year or whatever. So it's a big mix. So we, we had a really good time. And we also just like rusted like after the first night, we went home right after post Malone, you know, we didn't go out or anything.
