Welcome, everyone, episode 13 of a day-be-deam podcast, and I'm going to speak about the energy of this week, as is understood through many different factors.

There's an astrological energy. There's a biblical energy. There's an energy kind of in our world because of collected human consciousness.

I try to combine all of them to provide a tool, at least one, that we can use this week

to manifest miracles and reach our greatest selves.

Another thing I try to do is that every sentence that you hear because your time is precious, I value it, and so that

every sentence really is encompassing some level of wisdom that can be a value to you so that

even if you hear this podcast again, you will hear something totally different. And of course,

I try to do this in 12 to 20 minute increments

to be respectful of your time.

So one of the things I wanted to talk about is

along the trajectory of manifestation.

Everyone is looking to increase their pleasure and their fulfillment

and to diminish their pain.

Really, everything comes down to these two components.

We are always trying to increase fulfillment and pleasure and diminish pain and suffering.

So every decision you make is going to either be geared towards achieving one of those two goals.

And one of the areas that many of us,

we all fall kind of in this area,

and that we can rise from, if we really understand the power of it,

is just to diminish the amount of negative energy

we create through our words.
