Summary

Stuck in the vicious, "I'll start tomorrow" cycle?

I get it. I spent most of my life in it. I used to pray that I'd wake up motivated. Here's the thing, it's not just about how badly you want to make a change, sometimes life gets in the way! You're busy! Between work, family, friends, significant others, fur babies, and general life obligations, squeezing in a miserable 30 minute gym session or run can feel impossible. That's why it's all about getting active in ways that empower you.

Let's talk about saying yes to yourself and making a change once and for all.
