Hi, everybody, Tom Woods here. Of course, you know about the passing of former president

George H.W. Bush, so I thought we got to get a quick

episode out there, kind of a thumbnail sketch of the Bush presidency in particular, and what our

assessment of it might be. And joining me to do that is Dan McCarthy, whom we've spoken to a number

of times in the past, because Dan has an article in The Spectator on this precise topic, and that's what made me think, all right, Dan's the guy.
