I started making parallels between, drawing parallels between how the evangelical marketing machine had made so much money, and probably in the billions at that point, on hate mongering against the LGBT community, raising money against the gay agenda, via direct mail,

via the same tools and tactics that the Republican campaign operatives that I worked with

would use to raise money for politicians. It was exactly the same thing. And so I started to put these pieces together.

There's so much cynicism and so much dissonance going on among the people who work in these

industries and for these people that these institutions that I had been a part of

began to crumble right before my eyes

everything it was like once once you see you cannot and see taking me too long to recover
