Hey, everybody, Tom Woods here. Talking today about state nullification, a topic you've heard me hit before, but it's

kind of timely right now because we've heard that the acting attorney general, Matthew

Whitaker, apparently is very sympathetic to the idea.

You could even say is outright supportive of the idea. And this, of course, had all the

usual suspects up in arms, and they pulled out their seventh grade civics textbook and

unbosomed all the traditional arguments against nullification. We've all heard a million times

before. They've all been smashed.

All these arguments have been smashed over and over, but that's all we get is the same darn arguments over and over.

And they're really, really low- IQ arguments.

So I thought, eh, what the heck?

You know, I wrote a book on nullification.
