myself and Rosie are not where we would normally be

recording an intro for the podcast

We've come to the beach

because I was talking to a friend of mine the other day

and he said, oh I went swimming at Waxam Beach on the Norfolk coast

and it doesn't have any facilities

I said I really recommend it there's usually very few people there

and I thought, ooh, that sounds good

I wouldn't mind going for a swim in the sea

because you know, swimming in the sea

especially for an English person I think

forgive me for generalizing but it's a special thing

reconnects you with the sea
