only 29% of credit card fraud comes from stolen cards. The rest, that means 71% is committed by the actual cardholder, scumbags that they are.

They buy something, you ship it, and then they call their bank and whine like a little bitch that they didn't get it,

so the bank gives them their money back even though you send them what they ordered.

The bank doesn't care about you the seller, they only care about their customer.

And they don't view you as their customer, sadly.
