Ah, that would be a portmanteau of mom and aunt.

The fun thing that's happening now is he has diaper rash on his testicles.

Oh.

And from us reacting to it, he's learned the phrase, itchy balls.

Itchy balls is now a thing that he runs around and says.

Wow.

And he goes to school and goes, itchy balls, itchy balls.

And in public, he'll say, itchy balls, itchy balls.
