My guest today is Daniel Goleman, a psychologist, author, and science journalist. For twelve years, he wrote for The New York Times, reporting on the brain and behavioral sciences. He has transformed the way the world educates children, relates to family and friends, leads, and conducts business. Daniel was twice nominated for the Pulitzer Prize, and received the American Psychological Association's Lifetime Achievement Award for his media writing.
The topic is his book Optimal: How to Sustain Personal and Organizational Excellence Every Day.
