But I have had more face to face conversations with people than I ever had in my apartment in Jersey, which is just a, I don't know, but that makes with like the new commute.

No, no, we're going to we've been like finding somebody to abate the lead and as well as this has been a pain in the butt because I don't know.

Contractors sometimes they just don't show up. You're like, okay, yes, you're going to come on Monday, do a walk through and give us a price.

Monday comes Tuesday comes when they come text text call call nothing. So we've only had one guy walk through and I don't know if what he's charging is a lot or little.

And so you know, our project managers, like you need at least one other person to give you, you know, a price range and some people were like, oh, we'll just email your price.

And I'm like, but you haven't even seen one person email this up looking around 30,000.

I'm like, are you?

Meanwhile, the guy that walked through told us 2500.
