And Andrew is here to tell us about some more amazing resources, hot off the presses that were that he has available for all of you, whether you're an employer or an employee.

Amen. Right back at you. Well, for those who have never heard of you before, they haven't, they didn't see our last chat that we had.

2:18.0

Can you just give them a quick share about how you came to found red balloon.

2:22.0

Yeah, absolutely. So I grew up in the Bay Area. I did the dot com thing learned a lot, but then I was an early adopter of getting out of the state of California. I got tired of traffic and liberals.

2:34.0

And so I moved up to beautiful Idaho, where I was able to found actually quite a few businesses, a 3D printing business, a student information software business, a labor market data business, which actually grew from three employees.

2:48.0

And I was one of those three to 280 employees and sold at a number of times. So we had a bunch of these exits and exits are really cool because you get big checks. And they're not cool because you lose control.

2:59.0

And so about a year and a half ago, my board, the new board, now owned by KKR, which is big bad private equity out of New York, my new board said, you know what, you're a little too conservative and Christian for our liking.

3:12.0

So we're going to move a different direction is what that's how you fire CEOs, you just say we're moving a different direction.

3:18.0

So I found myself delightfully unemployed. And I thought, well, maybe this is an opportunity to see if I can bless people who are maybe in the same situation that I'm in, where they just lost your job, because you actually held the line.

3:31.0

And I'm going to brag on my wife for a little bit when I lost my job, because I wouldn't walk away from my Christian faith and my beliefs in the workplace. She bought me a very nice bottle of scotch as a way to go do the right thing. I love that very much.

3:44.0

So I find myself delightfully unemployed and thought, well, maybe there's a lot of other people in the same boat.

3:49.0

And I would love to be able to be in a position to help them. So that's where red balloon dot work came from. It's called red balloon, because if you've ever been on a hot air balloon, it's a little bit terrifying, but it's a lot bit fun, kind of like looking for a new job.

4:02.0

And red, well, everybody's looking for freedom these days in red states or red regions of blue states or red companies. And so that's why red balloon dot work and work is actually deeply satisfying. God gave us work to do. There was work in the Garden of Eden before sin. So work is good. So red balloon dot work and dot com sounded too much like communist to me. And we don't want communist. We want work. So that's where red balloon dot work came from.

4:28.0

I love it. Red balloon dot work. You guys got to check it. Where do you see the resources? Yes on there. It's amazing.
