family or how many how much time we have put into the podcast and you know you can't just measure the time based off of how many how long every episode is of course that's you know

thousands of minutes you feel me but the time that it takes to research, do the history, study, practice articulating the points, you know, we're putting put in we're getting close to putting in

you know well our 10,000 hours episode a hundred came out on April 26 so we almost a

year away a year anniversary since the hundred episode. Damn it's going to take us two years to get

to episode 200. At this right shoot. I believe you like four a week three I think three is feasible three to four a week

this is our second in two weeks hopefully all appreciate this

three or four a month a week on oh man. Three a month is feasible.

Yeah, three to four a month. It's for so feasible. Y'all probably have heard

that say this before. It's like a revolving window. You know how that's how growth is. You gotta repeat it over and over because our attention might to be to do it, you know? That's how growth is, you know, you always like, now I'm doing this and then you feel like away for an hour and a week later you find yourself back at the same conclusion

to making the same stance. But regardless the productivity is there and political education and other ways.
