So I'm five minutes or less to get my point across.

Five minutes of value for you, my friend. A business exists to deliver value to a customer.

Other tangent agendas may or may not be good supplements and additions. If those tangons are connected with the value offering of

your business then perhaps does good. But if they're not related they pull the

owner away from the purpose of the entire project. The focus and goal is

delivering value to a customer.

The key word there is value.

The entire business is built around delivering value.

So what is value?

What someone considers to be valuable is what a person cares about. A person doesn't assign

worth to a thing they don't care for. They assign value to the thing they do care for, and the

more someone cares for a thing, the more value they assign to it. People do have degrees of value and

priorities of worth as they care for different things differently, and also

different people value different things, so different in fact that one man's

trash is another man's treasure. What someone doesn't place any value on,

someone else can hold in a place of utmost worth. You see this at the highest level of

human existence, things like religion, marriage, children, what some men sneer at, others would trade all their

possessions for.
