where I break down the headlines and tell you

it's really moving these markets.

You know, I've been exercising a lot these days,

down 20 pounds, kind of staying down 20 pounds I haven't

been losing anymore weight kind of a chubby guy for my life and it's difficult to

maintain a diet for a long time real difficult.

When you see the Taco Bell, I just kind of like car steers this way right over to it sometimes.

But so far it's been pretty good.

Exercising a lot.

Going to personal train it two days a week. Also I got back into playing basketball, playing two days a week, but basketball got cancelled, so I decided to play tennis. And I played tennis a lot last year and I play with Larson Kusik, some of you familiar with him, especially from the street.com days.

He worked as an ounce street.com. He now works Stansbury Associates.

In my research channel, this helps me on small cap specialists and also a phase one, my two
