I don't know which polls are more useless nowadays.

Preseason football polls are political polls, but we have to start somewhere.

As college football is approaching this Saturday, I thought I'd go ahead and drop my top five

teams heading into 2022.

Bama is obviously number one for me, but for a couple reasons.

While you did lose talent, you also return a lot, including Heisman winner Bryce Young

and the best player in college football in Will Anderson.

Both coordinators are back, and after the let down in the natty last season, 2022 Bama

is going to be out for blood.

Ohio State comes in at number two after a disappointing finish to last year, should

give them more motivation than a Kenley Roland and Little Wayne collaboration.

They return future Heisman winner CJ Stroud at quarterback, a ton of pieces on offense,

and a defense that should be improved.

Coach Ryan Day wasn't even happy about the Rose Bowl whenever you tall, and the soft

season has been pretty smooth.

Oh, and the White receiver room is deeper than the Pacific Ocean.

Being national champion Georgia lands at number three on my list, and even though they

lost a ton on defense, Kirby's turned Athens into a machine even the Spartans would be

intimidated by.
